(DC) [CONLISK - says never implied weapons Turner got were for private use; understood they'd be used by Army. He asked me to destroy receipts and I said `no.'] [TURNER - says Conlisk said they cleared their records with receipt. He knew they were for private use. That is the truth. Don't recall asking him to destroy receipts.]
