(Studio) Vietnam ambassador Andrew Young has said, in discussing Africa, United States shouldn't worry with regard to few Communists

(DC) Comment with regard to reality that Communist influence locally in Africa doesn't mean USSR and Cuba influence over continent and reasons United States shouldn't be overly concerned about it. Reporter also comments on apparent singular line of thought of United Nations ambassador Young with regard to race issue and inappropriateness of it in representing United States to world.
