(Studio) James McCord's testimony to Senator investigating committee with regard to Watergate supposed to be secret, but reports leaking out.
REPORTER: Howard K. Smith

(DC) McCord reported to have said that in addition to Democrat headquarters Senator Muskie's headquarters was bugged. Says former Attorney General John Mitchell approved bugging Watergate, according to G. Gordon Liddy. Former White House aides Harry Dent and Charles Colson part of general spy operation. [COLSON - says was not involved in bugging.] [Senator Lowell WEICKER - says thinks he knows who headed Watergate bugging.]
