(Studio) Congress has mixed reaction to price ceilings.

(Capitol Hill) Representatives from farm areas oppose ceilings. [Nebraska Senator Carl CURTIS - says ceilings an outrage.] [New York Senator Jacob JAVITS - says ceilings essential.] [OR Senator Mark HATFIELD - says federal government responsible for high rate inflation.] [Minnesota Senator Hubert HUMPHREY - says ceilings welcome, but root problem of inflation still unsolved. Suggests return to Phase II controls.] Democrats want return to full wage and price controls.
