(San Francisco, California) Group has lived in Department of Health, Education and Welfare office here since last month [Ed O'NEILL - says people are looking for right to hunt jobs and get self-respect.] Carter administration says it inherited pages of federal regulations with regard to employment of handicapped and are working to implement them, but Don Johnson says group has been forgotten.
