(Studio) Efforts to cap North Sea oil well fail again. Discovered off Florida keys today are 2 mysterious oil slicks, which pose threat to that area of Atlantic.

(Miami, Florida) Location of slicks and threat to Key West tourist area and coral reef, which is favorite spot of fishermen and divers, noted. Coast Guard doesn't know causes. [Coast Guard spokesperson Robert DURFEY - cites possible ecological damage by spills.] Clean up crews flying to area to begin work.
