(Valdez, AK) Report on test voyage of "Arco Fairbanks." Ship from Arco's fleet. Voyage takes 5 days from dock in Washington to Prince William Sound and Valdez, AK. Icebergs from Columbia Glacier, floating into shipping lanes, could be dangerous and will be towed away by Coast Guard cutters. 1st known exploration and charting of harbor done in 1778.
