(Studio) Senators Jacob Javits and Claiborne Pell to ask Congress to revoke Gulf of Tonkin resolution that gave President power to fight in Vietnam.

[JAVITS - says South Vietnam could lose war, but we have to get out sometime.] Women's Peace Group demonstrates on Capitol Hill. All Congmen. to get tiny flag-draped coffins. [Senator George McGOVERN - says President indicated he has gotten moratorium message.] Most Congmen. see peaceful dissent as American tradition.
