(Studio) On ABC's "Issues and Answers" today, Menahem Begin says PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) can't take part in any Geneva Mid. East peace conference and that Israel won't give up any territory taken in 1967 war. Begin also says he looks forward to talking with President Carter, who has invited him to DC. (Film shown.) [BEGIN - notes Carter's reported knowledge of Bible; says there should be no conflict. Says if Israel withdraws from occupied territory, all cities will be within range of USSR weapons given to Arabs.] In meeting with new US ambassador to Israel, Samuel Lewis, Begin rptdly, says media report of his elec. is distorted in saying it means war.
