(Studio) United States begins airlifting fuel into besieged Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Defense Secretary Elliot Richardson says Communist attack of capital largely possible because of Chinese and Russian shipments supplies to Khmer Rouge via North Vietnam. British, Japanese and Israeli embassy personnel begin evacuating Phnom Penh.
