(Studio) For 2 mos., protesters have blocked construction of gym on site of 1970 shootings at Kent State University In court today, university wins partial victory, as judge rules protesters must move from site by Tuesday morning.

(Kent, Ohio) Univ. wins temporary injunction against protesters' contd. presence, but attys. for May 4 Coalition win prohibition against any construction on site until hearing later in July. Arguments of university attorney Stephen Parisi and protesters' attorney William Whitaker before Judge Joseph Kainrad noted. Protesters say they'll decide whether or not to move on Tuesday morning.
