(Studio) Alaska pipeline reopens.
REPORTER: Roger Mudd
(Along Alaska Pipeline) Interior Department approves reopening after Alyeska says they'll follow own safety rules. Govt. says explosion stopping flow was due to company not following own safety rules. Further down line, at Delta, AK, workers prepare to celebrate when oil reaches that point. Without explosion, flow would have reached Valdez today.
