(Studio) Johnstown, Pennsylvania, flood of 1889 noted. Due to rains over night, area is flooded again.

(Johnstown, Pennsylvania) Report on flood. Looters come out, but Mayor Herbert Pfuhl, Junior takes stern action. [PFUHL - thinks all under control, but did give orders to shoot to kill looters.] National Guard is called out after Governor Milton Shapp declares disaster area.
