(DC) Jaworski meets with newsmen in Houston. [JAWORSKI - says identity of person doesn't matter, if he's crook, Jaworski will bring him out.] Powers given to Jaworski noted. One problem for him has surfaced already; he lobbied in behalf of law firm client against consumer protection bill. [Jaworski aide Peter WHITE - says this is now closed matter.] White says private letter of Jaworski's to Govt. Operations Committee member is response to criticism of 1st letter. United States Chamber of Commerce use of 2nd letter noted. Full House approval of nomination expected Friday
