(Studio) Gym construction begins at Kent State University, despite protests because it's on site of 1970 shootings.

(Kent, Ohio) Though machinery has begun tearing up hill, May 4 Coalition leaders say it's not end of protest. [Protest leader Jerry CARR - says bulldozer cutting into hill is like cutting into his heart, but makes heart stronger to fight.] [Reverend Ora CALHOUN - says brokenness of past can't be healed by blotting out signs of it.] Report on protests and arrests during day. Arraignments noted.
