(Studio) Congress reacts to bombing in Indochina.

(Capitol Hill) Congress doves upset over United States bombing. [Senator Tom. EAGLETON - says had hoped Indochina war over; now it appears war intensifying.] [Senator Marlow COOK - says United States should stop all bombing and leave S.E. Asia.] Congress has no power to stop bombing presently.
