(Studio) Comment on sophistication of modern communication.

(DC) International Institution of Communications, devised by among others late Louis Cowan of CBS, meets in Washington, DC this week Comment with regard to ability of modern communication to bring alarms and excursions, but also to bring extraordinary amount of international cooperation. Communication problems in Panama Canal treaty issue and in World War I noted, as well as constant traveling in and out of Washington, DC by foreign representatives coming in or Americans leaving to talk of international cooperation on world issues.
