(Newport, Rhode Island) Armada of sailing enthusiasts head out from Newport harbor to watch race in Atlantic, 8 mile from Rhode Island coast. Coast Guard patrols to ensure spectators stay out of race area. Courageous is favorite. [Australia skipper Noel ROBINS - thinks Courageous is good boat with good crew and skipper, but that he has same.
