Fins. detailed, include situation with regard to stock in National Bank of Georgia, loan from Chicago National Bank, real estate holdings in Georgia, current expenses, interest payments, loan from Georgia Railroad Bank. Comptroller of Currency chgs. Lance's biggest loan is substandard. Senate committee says Lance debts may be greater than assets.
