(Studio) Report on Tongsun Park's signature of agreement to return to United States from Seoul to testify in South Korean bribery probe.

(Seoul, South Korea) Details given of Park agreement with Justice Department and controversy over South Korean government's claim that agreement precludes testimony in open hearings before Congress, such as before House Ethics Committee [PARK - should do best to cooperate with all ptys. involved; notes mother's concurrence with this.] South Korean government's opposition to questioning of Park on connections to President Park Chung Hee and KCIA (Central Intelligence Agency) noted.
