REPORTER: Harry Reasoner
(Hanoi, North Vietnam) North Vietnam soldiers much in evidence on Hanoi streets. Women soldiers freed men of rear area duties, include manning antiaircraft guns and capturing downed United States pilots. Soldiers glad United States gone; feel won victory. POW camp guards angry when reporters openly ridicule their idyllic descriptions prisoners of war life. Guards and soldiers at times appear very severe.
