(DC) Representative James Florio's question to Carter with regard to Marston investigation stated. [FLORIO - says Attorney General's info., as of this morning, is inability to find such investigation.] Marston's response quoted. Statement on situation by Press Secretary Powell noted; Powell says Carter referred only to Representative Joshua Eilberg. Info. learned with regard to Marston investigation and also special Justice Department team probe of Representatives Eilberg and Dan. Flood reported Interview with Eilberg, by reporter Joel Spivak of Philadelphia station WCAU-TV, shown. [EILBERG - assumes he's under investigation; bases this on news reports, not on direct communication from Justice Department]
