(Studio) Alexandria, Virginia, court's indictment of State Department employee and Vietnam national on charges of spying for Vietnam government reported.

(DC) Details of charges given; arrested are United States Information Agency employee Ronald Louis Humphrey and Troung Dinh Hung, who is Stanford University graduate [HUMPHREY - isn't spy, never suspected Troung and is cooperating with authorities.] Court proceedings described; will continue on Wednesday when pleas to be entered.
