(Studio) House Ethics Committee's announcement of intention to subpoena Tongsun Park as soon as he enters United States jurisdiction from South Korea reported.
REPORTER: Roger Mudd

(DC) Comment of special cnsl. Leon Jaworski with regard to Justice Department, agreement for immunity for Park in return for testimony in criminal trials quoted. Park's attorney William Hundley's statement that subpoena from Congress won't change agreement with Justice Department noted. Assistant attorney general Ben. Civiletti's response to charges that Justice has bargained away own power over Park noted.
