[Agriculture Department economy Dawson AHALT - thinks strike is show of concern and has had little effect.] Interview by Richard Roth. Details of meeting with Bergland given. [Farmer Stan DeBOER - describes feelings with regard to farmers' plight.] [Econ. columnist Eliot JANEWAY - says if situation doesn't change, there will be buyers strike by farmers, and American industry can't take that.]
