(Los Angeles, California) Attempts of Governor Jerry Brown and Republican opponent Evelle Younger to get Jarvis to support them detailed. television ads Jarvis has taped for both shown. [BROWN - greets people.] [YOUNGER - asks why Jarvis bothers to do it.] [BROWN - says his endorsement from Jarvis is better than Younger's.] Jarvis' denial that either spot was endorsement stated. His presence in DC, where he's interviewed by reporter Richard Roth, noted. [JARVIS - says it isn't odd, but intelligent. Has to implement Prop. 13 and doesn't care about pols.]
