(Jerusalem, Israel) Lengthy Israeli cabinet debate of treaty noted. [Prime Min. Menahem BEGIN - announces cabinet approval of draft peace treaty.] Amendments to treaty to be taken to negotiations by foreign minister Moshe Dayan and defense minister Ezer Weizman explained. [DAYAN - says proposed changes are important.] [WEIZMAN - believes negotiations can be completed in 2-3 weeks] Next steps in negotiation process outlined.
