(Studio) Report on Israeli Prime Min. Menahem Begin's alleged remarks that he's ready to sign US-proposed draft peace treaty with Egypt. United States proposal noted to use general terms in setting timetable for Palestinian autonomy in occupied territory. Egyptian President Anwar Sadat's rejection of such treaty and statement that he won't sign one without specific date for autonomy mentioned. Sadat's remarks in interview with French television re: another summit with President Carter and Begin, anywhere but Jerusalem, stated.
