(Hanoi, North Vietnam) Bomb shelters still dot city of Hanoi. Travel is mostly by bicycle. Reconstruction of areas damaged by American bombs being done by hand. Essential commodities in good supply in stores, but luxuries very rare. People seem relieved and happy American bombers gone.
