(Westwood, California) Details with regard to town's protest of high electricity rates by California Pacific Utilities Company given. Westwood is in Sierra Mts. Changes in lifestyle due to boycott noted; hot water heater hookup devised by Dewey Bolin described. [Dale TOWNSLEY - tells what he's missed most during blackout.] [Sharon BOLIN - thinks that when power turned back on, use will be limited because people have discovered things they can do without electricity.] Potluck dinner at home of Bud and Kay Warren noted. Blackout ends on Monday
