(DC) Senator review of DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) files noted. Details of information released by Senate Intelligence Committee, concerning reports of involvement of Omar Torrijos in drug trafficking, given. [Senator Frank CHURCH - says any drug evidence is so remote in relationship to terms of treaty as negotiated that it justifies being called political tactic.] [Senator Robert DOLE - says United States still has to deal with Torrijos.]
