(London, England) Report on Britain's pro basketball league and problems within it. National championship team is coached by American Tom Wisman, from Quincy, Illinois. [MAN - cites team's lineup.] [WOMAN - responds.] [2nd MAN - asks if there's referee in audience, as regular one hasn't shown up.] [WISMAN - describes problems of coaching British pro team.] Wisman's decision to quit coaching here and consideration of starting team in Portugal noted.
