(Studio) Philadelphia police attempt to deal with group of radicals living in house without modern sanitation equipment reported Surveillance of group since 1st complaints and state court order now giving clearance for police blockade noted.

(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Background of group called Community Action Mvt. (MOVE) given, as well as last confrontations with health inspector and police. [MOVE leader Delbert AFRICA - says weapons are for defense, not shooting policemen.] Police wait for court order to allow blockade noted. [Mayor Frank RIZZO - says group won't be able to get any food during blockade.] Court order given on Wednesday; police move in this morning.
