[MOVE leader Delbert AFRICA - says weapons are for defense, not shooting policemen.] Police wait for court order to allow blockade noted. [Mayor Frank RIZZO - says group won't be able to get any food during blockade.] Court order given on Wednesday; police move in this morning.
