(Studio) New York "Times" reports James McCord says attorney for Nixon reelection committee Ken. Parkinson handled payments to all Watergate trial defendants. Parkinson and Nixon committee call story absolute lie.

(DC) James McCord may hold press conference to tell his story. Numerous leaks of McCord's secret testimony have been made already. Reporter say McCord named former White House aide Charles Colson as having prior knowledge of bugging. Colson denies charge and takes lie detector test. [McCORD - has no comment on Colson.] McCord attorney says McCord made no reference to Harry Dent in his testimony as reports suggested. Dent a White House aide.
