(Kanawha Cnty., West Virginia) Picketing of Cannelton Coal's No. 8 mine and thus No. 8 miners' loss of bonus for working 1st return shift, reported [Construction WORKERS - discuss picketing.] Picketed mines cited as exception and most are open again. [Miner Charles CRAFT - is glad to be back.] Conditions at mines described. [Miner Jay PETRY - thinks it will be same as in last 3 years] Fears concerning wildcat strikes mentioned.
