(Studio) Beginning of Israeli withdrawal from front lines in south Lebanon reported

(S. Lebanon) Israeli plans for partial withdrawal and for keeping forces in area until it's seen how well United Nations forces do job outlined. United Nations commander, General Emmanuel Erskine's pledge to return fire if his troops fired upon noted. [ERSKINE - wants to take more serious look at need for more troops; thinks he needs more.] Return of refugees who fled area upon Israeli attack reported.
