REPORTER: Morton Dean

(No location given) Graham reported as Navy enlistee at age 12, in 1942. [GRAHAM - talks of enlisting.] Photos of war scenes shown. Graham, sent home but not discharged, now seeks discharge. [GRAHAM - believes Navy is wrong.] Film shown. [GRAHAM - notes posthumous promotion of George Washington recently.] Graham service on battleship Dakota recalled. Gerald Ford notification that medals won by Graham would be awarded, but failure of medals to arrive, reported.
