(Studio) Controversy surrounding firing of Philadelphia United States attorney David Marston, because of telephone call from Representative Joshua Eilberg to President Carter and revelation that Marston's office was investigating Eilberg, recalled. Senator Judiciary Committee's report today that no administration cover-up could have been involved, due to fact that investigation of Eilberg hadn't begun at time of telephone call, stated.
