(DC) Judiciary Committee's vote to approve Benjamin Civiletti as deputy attorney general and resulting report in which administration is cleared of cover-up of Marston affair noted. Representative Joshua Eilberg's part in affair mentioned. Senator James Eastland's admissions with regard to report stated. [EASTLAND - received substance of report, says it's accurate and he stands by it.] Republican intentions to fight issue on Senate floor outlined. [Senator Malcolm WALLOP - doesn't think hearing record will sustain conclusions in report]
