(Barnwell, SC) Tent city filmed; protest reported Religious service noted. Nuclear waste at Barnwell plant of Allied General Nuclear Services cited. Nuclear plant, never opened, now said site of nuclear safeguards research. [Allied General Barnwell Plant James BUCKHAM - chgs. protesters will exaggerate and misconstrue.] [PROTESTER - urges plant be converted to non-nuclear facility; or close it.] More and less peaceful protest slated for tomorrow.
