President's telephone calls to senators about upcoming vote on Mideast plane sales and his announcement of confidence that vote will approve sales reported Is noted that Israel hasn't moved all troops out of Lebanon nor has United Nations moved all peacekeeping troops into area.

(S. Lebanon) Update report on situation among UN, Israeli and Palestinian forces in south Lebanon. Changes in makeup of United Nations troops outlined. [UN commander Major General Emmanuel ERSKINE - says United Nations forces not against any faction, but have duty to defend selves, positions and mandate.] Palestinians' preparations for battle with United Nations or Israeli forces described. [Palestinian field CMDR. - says Palestinians will fight for homeland and no one has right to forbid them to go there.]
