(Studio) President Carter's announced intention to get congress repeal of arms embargo on Turkey, after White House meeting with Turkey Prime Min. Bulent Ecevit, reported Embargo noted as imposed after Turkey used United States arms in invasion of Cyprus in 1974. Carter's meeting with Greece Prime Min. Constantine Caramanlis, who opposes resumed arms sales to Turkey, mentioned.
