(Studio) Arab use of oil as weapon in past noted; world concern at present about more conventional weapons, mostly American, is subject of commentary.

(London, England) Analysis of American's domestic debates over foreign arms sales and development of weapons and effect of this debate on international attitude toward US. Among issues mentioned are President Carter's delay in product of neutron bomb, USSR leader Brezhnev's response to that action during visit in West Germany, upcoming congress debate over arms sales to Mideast and resumption of them to Turkey, attempts to balance power in central Europe, Mideast and Cyprus and important of balance of power to stability in these areas.
