(Studio) Teamster union president Frank Fitzsimmons resisting administration pressure to hold down wage demands noted; rebel movement within union cited.
REPORTER: Walter Cronkite

(DC) Fitzsimmons demands that administration bring inflation under control reported [FITZSIMMONS - says wage demands must be adjusted to protect members from effects of inflation; has had no contact with administration since President Carter took office.] Teamsters for a Democratic Union's news conference outside meeting described. [Pete CAMARATA - says Fitzsimmons doesn't represent union mbrs.] [FITZSIMMONS - responds to challenge.] Fitzsimmons expects to be consulted if administration wants Teamsters' help in fighting inflation.
