(DC) Earlier and present problems with Skylab explained; NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) reports about troubles and reasons given. Film taken in 1973 and in 1978 shown, as well as drawings of Skylab. Recent congress approval of funds for rocket motor to blast Skylab into higher orbit noted.
