Local budget cuts to compensate for property tax losses outlined. Orange Cnty. residents' protest of proposed sewer tax hike reported [MAN - says taxes aren't needed.] Governor Jerry Brown's call for landlords to share savings from property tax cuts with renters noted. [BROWN - says this is reasonable program.] Gubernatorial candidate Evelle Younger's radio commercials with regard to Brown's opposition to Prop. 13 mentioned; commercial played.
