(NYC) Question of oil and natural gas deposits in some disputed areas examined. Contd. disputes over salmon fishing off west coast, include United States court decision given American Indian tribes rts. to half salmon catch in American waters, and Canadian complaints about American fishermen in scallop beds off eastern coast outlined. Other disputes over areas around Georges Bank and Continental Shelf, Alaska and British Columbia, Vancouver Island and Washington and Beaufort Sea detailed.
