[National PTA president Grace BAISINGER - discusses apparent decrease in violence in particular series and increase in complaints to organization's hot-line with regard to sex and sexploitation in programs.] Group's reasons for rating poor shows as such stated; its report of no improvement in quality of network shows mentioned. [BAISINGER - cites organization plans to challenge licenses of 5 network-owned and operated television stations, in Cleveland, Chicago and Detroit, if programming doesn't improve this fall.]
