(London, England) Effect of dollar devaluation on American tourists abroad described. [MAN - discusses effect dollar problems have had on his travel and business in Europe.] Dollar value against British pound sterling stated; reports noted that USSR , Poland and other cntrys. are selling dollar holdings to buy more stable currency like German mark, Swiss franc-or Japanese yen. Victor Stephens reported to be treasurer of Midland Bank, in London. [STEPHENS - comments on situation.]
