(Studio) Successful transatlantic balloon flight completed near Paris, France, by 3 Americans from Albuquerque, NM, noted. Beginning of Double Eagle II flight in Maine last week stated.

(Paris, France) [BALLOONIST - reports weather.] Details given about successful flight by Ben Abruzzo, Maxie Anderson and Larry Newman, who left Presque Isle, ME, on Friday and crossed Atlantic without troubles. Earlier attempt by Abruzzo and Anderson recalled. [NEWMAN - says Abruzzo wants to fly to Italy.] Balloonists' plans to attempt landing at Le Bourget Airport, where Charles Lindbergh landed after 1st plane flight over Atlantic, stated; change in winds and plans, bringing landing in farm field, reported [ANDERSON - describes feelings. Says Ireland landing would have been OK, England all right, but France is perfect.] [NEWMAN - describes feelings.] [ABRUZZO - doesn't know what they'll do for encore.]
